Are you prepared for emergencies?

A FREE Hands-Only CPR class will be offered in the meeting room (lower level) after worship on July 5, July 19, and August 16.  

The Hands-Only CPR method was recommended by the American Heart Association in 2010.  It is intended for bystanders untrained in CPR to use for witnessed sudden collapse of an adult.  It is also recommended for situations when the rescuer is unable or unwilling to provide mouth-to-mouth ventilations.  

This class is open to everyone and will last approximately 30 minutes.  

Please note that you will NOT be certified in CPR after taking this training.

Visit Union Volunteer Ambulance Services or the American Red Cross for information about adult/pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification classes.  The cost of these courses ranges from $65 - $110.  If there is enough interest, we can schedule a certification class here at the church.  Please contact the church office or speak to a member of Session if you are interested in such a class.
